Toast of the Town Slim Down

My New Year's Post, "Something Borrowed & Something New" after-the-fact affectionately titled "Emily Giffin's Cheeseburger Paradiso" was a huge hit!  And I have been passionately exploring new ways to live a more healthy lifestyle ever since!!!
a
So passionately, I'm afraid, that I've yet to stop and post a single update on the new blog.  This week, a request from one of my clients changed all that.
a
I've always offered my clients grocery selection, pick-up, and delivery services.  But on Friday, I received a special request.  A hip, single, executive with a birthday coming up asked me to create a Weight Watchers friendly menu for her.  What fun!!!
a
Of course I said yes.  And now, I just can't wait to share it with all of you.  I'll be posting recipes from the menu below (including WW points and product names) on Cheeseburger Paradiso, Facebook, and Twitter - starting tomorrow morning and continuing for a week.  Join us!
